Younger generations prefer the online shopping experience while their older peers are trending in the same direction as they grow increasingly tech-savvy.
Physical stores are still the norm for shoppers.
Consumers are still shopping in physical stores more frequently than they are shopping online. Preference for online shopping is the highest in the UK, US and Australia.
